The service has been down for almost 24 hrs.... where is inbox?? Have been using it for the last few weeks with no problems, but now it can not be found. I do hope they come on line again. |

I have been satisfied with their email service and especially their GB's of space that everyone has. There is one thing that I am not satisfied with about Inbox is the fact that if anyone wishes to use the Inbox search engine on their initial web page in order to search any topic, I have found that as soon as one types in the first two letters of a search request, a number of previous search inquiries immediately shows just below the search engine box. For instance, I recently wished to find out about LIGHTNING, so I decided to use the Inbox.com search engine. As soon as I typed in the first two letters of the word lightning, (li) their showed about 8 previous search terms of previous users who had utilized Inbox.com Unfortunately the first visible search term I noticed was two words (live porn) as that began with li. I attempted to use the search history clearing method, but Inbox.com previous search info would not delete. I contacted them with my complaint. They answered me right away and said that they do not have that feature. I told them that unfortunately minors using Inbox.com web site would have pornography search engine data to utilize, and that minors using, viewing or obtaining pornography is illegal here in the U.S.. I stated to the Inbox people that they need to do update their system in order for the people to be able to delete unwanted search inquiries. I will keep on them, until I receive satisfactory results. My web site is: www.salvation101.com |

I've been using their webmail, calendar and tasks, notes, storage and photos for about 2 weeks and have been quite happy. No ads! Great storage! Everything seems to work fine. RHM |

Terrible service: waited 2+ hours on-hold trying to phone over three days without talking to anyone. They are almost totally unresponsive in answering specific questions in e-mails as well. Too bad since their site is ad-free, customizable, and has large capacity. The outrageously poor service sadly merits this ISP an "F." |
