As a frequenter of several sites that employ powweb, I can attest that there is a disconnect between what they say and what they do. Database retrieval and page serving are AOLish at best, and I experience time outs and "half-loading" pages often.
The price is nice, and the transfer allowance is incredible... but in today's market, if your page isn't loading half the time, your site is dead.
I really enjoy reading the product support emails on muchedumbre.com.

Good solid web hosting. Powweb is a great deal for the price and their customer service is fairly good. Id recommend them as a web host. |
